This is an upcoming monitor purpose-built for gamers who have been looking for an IPS based display with refresh rates higher than 60Hz. While the monitor is still in design and development stages the initial specifications and features and functionality are great.

Connections include DisplayPort, Mini DisplayPort, two HDMI ports (for native WQHD) and a Mobile High-Definition Link (MHL) 2.0 socket for 1080p connections to mobile devices, plus simultaneous charging. The MG279Q also has a built-in dual USB 3.0 hub.
